Departures every Tuesday from late June until early September.
Travel duration 4 days/4 nights. Vacation price includes transportation and guide for the duration of tour. Accommodation in 3 and 4 star hotels with bath/shower and breakfast. 3 dinners. Pickup and return to Keflavík International Airport. Admission to The Blue Lagoon and Skógar Museum.

The tour starts with pickup from Keflavík airport (or hotel) upon arrival. We go directly to the Blue Lagoon, a bright blue mineral-rich swimming pool with geothermally heated water in the middle of a large lava field. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel in the Blue Lagoon area.

At 08:30 we head for Krýsuvík geothermal area and then move on through the farmlands of Landssveit and the replica of Saga-Age farm Stöng at the foot of infamous volcano Hekla. Then on to Landmannalaugar, an area of recent volcanic activity, rhyolite mountains and a natural warm pool for relaxation. We continue to the volcanic fissure of Eldgjá and Ófærufoss, taking the mountain road north of Mýrdalsjökull glacier to your hotel nearby for dinner and overnight stay.

We start at 09:00 to drive over the black volcanic sands to magnificent Skaftafell National Park. Then continue to Jökulsárlón for an optional sailing on the glacial lagoon amongst huge glacial blocks from Vatnajökull glacier. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

At 09:00 we go westwards along the southern coastline. We now drive up to Mýrdalsjökull glacier, for an optional snowmobile, then through Vík village and stop at Skógar folk museum and Skógarfoss waterfall. Another stop is at the high and narrow waterfall, Seljalandsfoss. We continue through the historic sites of Njáls Saga, and have the opportunity to look at the excellent Njála exhibition in Hvolsvöllur. We continue through Hveragerði to arrive at your hotel in Reykjavík ca. 19:00.
